Scope of Services
Captured Moments provides photography services for product photography, including studio and on-location work in Toronto, subject to project scope, product count, style review, and pre-session planning. Any final arrangement is confirmed only after the relevant details are reviewed and accepted.

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate product information, reference materials, shot list details, and any items needed for the session. Where product return is required, the return method must be agreed in advance as part of the project plan.

Photographic results may vary based on lighting, product condition, styling, and the approved scope of work. Captured Moments does not guarantee exact reproduction of reference images or unlimited access to raw, rejected, or unedited files.
